The perfect vacation spot with a family feel, Needle Rush Point offers complimentary boat storage and docks for our guests. Relax and enjoy the beautiful sunset from our observation pier overlooking the serene setting of Ole River while watching the dolphins put on a show, or get out your fishing pole and catch some of the fish that make the Gulf Coast so popular!
As our guest you will have access to two outdoor pools, one on the gulf side and one on the river side.
There are two boardwalks on the gulf side leading to over 700 feet of private beachfront. We also have two boat docks, an observation dock, large fenced grilling area, tennis/pickle ball courts, and a boat/trailer storage yard. All amenities are on a first-come first-served basis at no additional charge.

Take a dip in either of our beautiful swimming pools.
Lighted Tennis Courts
We have two lighted tennis courts. One court is also lined for two pickle ball courts with roll away nets so one tennis game and two pickle ball games may be played simultaneously.
Large Grilling & Picnic Area
We have a large fenced grilling area on the river side of our community. There are also two smaller grilling areas on our gulf side.
Free Cable & WiFi
Basic cable and WiFI are provided in all of our units.
Complimentary Parking
Each rental unit includes two complimentary parking passes. All guests are entitled to full use of the community amenities and may drive and park on either side.
